1. RMA:
a. If product is found to be out of
warranty for any reason (seal tampered or removed, water damage,
physical damage, rooted etc) then apart from the repair charges,
user will be charged towards pickup and delivery of the product.
b. Problem reported by user should be reproducible & genuine. If the
problem is not reproducible, we will assume the device fit for use
and ship it back to the user. User will be charged towards pickup
and delivery for wrongly submitting the device for RMA.
c. All products serviced/repaired/replaced from our service centre
will carry 7 days warranty for the same problem in the device
(general warranty terms apply) only. For devices which are under
warranty, they will have the same warranty date as the original
invoice states.
d. If the user does not comply to RMA terms, DOMO reserves the right
to ship back the device to the user after charging delivery and
pickup charges.
e. If the user sends a product which is not complying to the terms &
condition as specified by DOMO, then the customer will be charged
for pickup and returning back the wrong product.
f. The contents of the package will be inspected by the RMA team of
DOMO at the time of accepting delivery from courier. Any disputes
thereof will not be entertained and the decision made by DOMO will
be final and binding upon the user.
g. The product will be checked for faults as reported by the user.
If there are additional faults which are found, the user will be
informed accordingly and if there is any quotation for repair
previously approved, it will be revised accordingly. If the user
does not agree to the revised quotation, then DOMO will ship back
the device after charging the customer towards pickup and delivery
of the device.
h. Any damage in transit will be the responsibility of the user
since it is attributed to poor packaging. If a case of mishandling
is involved on the part of the courier, we will ask the courier to
compensate for the same. User has to ensure the product is packed
well before dispatching.
i. Courier service interruptions might occur from time to time and
DOMO disclaims any responsibility for such interruptions.
j. After we receive the device, if spare parts required for
servicing is out of stock, we will contact the user by email and
immediately notify the revised estimated time for servicing.
k. In the event that there is no spare parts and that it will not be
available in the future, we will ship back the product to the user
without servicing. If the product is under warranty, we will offer
the user a replacement device.
l. If the device confirms with the RMA terms, we will carry out
service to the device and we will return the device to the address
mentioned in the RMA form by the user - we cannot change the return
address. If in case, the user wishes to change the address he can do
it only before the pickup has happened by cancelling the first RMA
form and again fill a new RMA for with the new address.
m. There will be no refunds for any reason. The warranty applies to
products that have been confirmed as defective, which may be
repaired or replaced (at our sole discretion).
n. While repairing the device which is under warranty or out of
warranty, DOMO might use spare parts which are cannibalized from
other devices but they will be fit for use.
o. Any outstanding payment has to be cleared before we ship the
product back to the user.
p. To the extent permissible by law, DOMO disclaims any
infringement, consequential, indirect, or incidental damages,
including but not limited to lost profit, lost business investments,
lost goodwill, or damages as a result of lost data, goods damaged,
goods lost or delay in service. DOMO Shall not be responsible for
failure of any third party equipment, even if DOMO has been advised
of the possibility.
q. All other terms and conditions points
mentioned in the articles would apply.
2. DOA:
a. DOA applies only to DOMO products if
it is a hardware or manufacturing fault.
b. The user should register the complaint within 7 days from the
date of delivery on the www.domosupport.com wesbite.
After that, the DOA will not be approved and standard warranty
service will be applied.
c. There will be no refunds for any reason. All the products sold by
DOMO comes under warranty spectrum and DOMO will either service the
device (If DOA is not approved) or replace it with a new one (if DOA
is approved)
d. DOMO will arrange the shipping for all the determined products as
DOA under their expenses once the user fills the RMA form.
f. Proper invoice in favour of the user registering for DOA is
required in scanned format while filling the RMA form.
g. DOA is not liable for any consequential physical damages, liquid
damage, improper handling that results in use or inability to use
during these 7 days. Even after the DOA period is over and if the
device is physically damaged or any that voids warranty, service
will be on chargeable basis.
h. If the product deemed not be under DOA by the staff member or
executives at DOMO, standard warranty service will be applied to it.
i. DOMO reserves the right to test returned DOA product. If the
condition of the product is misrepresented by you, the DOA will be
disclaimed and standard warranty charges may be applied.
j. The DOA –Replacement is dispatched within 8 working days from the
date of product delivered at the service centre.
k. DOA will be rejected in one of the following case:

The seal of the product
is damaged.
-
IMEI / Service Tag
Number mismatches the invoice details.
-
Received in damaged
condition.
-
OS updated.
l. Please read the warranty terms and
conditions as they will be applied if the DOA is rejected or after
it is fulfilled. Along with that all other terms and conditions
points mentioned in the articles would apply.
3. DATA:
a. DOMO is not responsible for any
sensitive or personal data which is in the device. User must remove
any important and personal data in the device including but not
limited to saved passwords, email accounts, social media accounts,
contact numbers, messages, pictures, videos, voice notes, documents
etc.
b. DOMO may acknowledge or read and save the data and information
(collectively, "information") stored in the product during the
process of servicing or testing. Without the user's prior written
consent, DOMO might disclose that information to any third parties
including DOMO's employees who may need to access the information
for the purpose of providing any service to the user.
c. To the extent permissible by law, DOMO disclaims any
infringement, consequential, indirect, or incidental damages,
including but not limited to lost profit, lost business investments,
lost goodwill, or damages as a result of lost data, goods damaged,
goods lost or delay in service. DOMO shall not be responsible for
failure of any third party equipment, even if DOMO has been advised
of the possibility.
4. BuyBack:
a. Buy back is only available for products manufactured by DOMO. A few products may not be
available for buyback as per our discretion.
b. Buy back value will be calculated by DOMO keeping in mind the
current market value of the product and also depending on its
condition.
c. User must accurately select the model and state the condition of
the product. If the user fails to fill in the correct details, DOMO
may adjust the valuation at their sole discretion.
d. By submitting Buyback you declare that you are rightful owner of
the product and the invoice should be disclosed in favour of the
buyer name when required by DOMO
e. Once we receive the product intended for buyback, we will
evaluate the device for the condition it was described as. If found
in confirmation to the described condition, we will email a coupon
code of the exact buyback value. This coupon code will be valid for
a period of 30 days from the date of the email.
f. If user sends a product which is not as described, the buyback
value will be adjusted accordingly. DOMO reserve the right to adjust
the value of any item at its own discretion based on the same
parameters originally available to the user.
g. Once the device is delivered to our service centre for Buyback,
it will not be sent back to you for any purpose.
h. After sending the product if the user fails to utilize the coupon
code sent by DOMO over email within one month, then DOMO will not
reissue the coupon and the device will not be returned. The device
of the customer will be used to recover its logistics and
operational costs.
i. User can use the coupon code for purchasing any of the DOMO
products fromwww.letsdomo.com
j. To the extent permissible by law, DOMO disclaims any
infringement, consequential, indirect, or incidental damages,
including but not limited to lost profit, lost business investments,
lost goodwill, or damages as a result of lost data, goods damaged,
goods lost or delay in service. DOMO Shall not be responsible for
failure of any third party equipment, even if DOMO has been advised
of the possibility.
k. User has to go through RMA and fill the form of RMA to avail
BuyBack service. User also has to agree to the terms and condition
of the RMA and other terms mentioned in this article.
l. The coupon should be used in a single transaction and it cannot
be broken up for multiple transactions. If the value of the goods
purchased against the coupon code is lesser than the coupon value,
then you cannot redeem the balance amount in another transaction.
5.
Non Payment:
a. Under any circumstances if user fails
to pay DOMO for the services it has rendered, then DOMO reserves the
rights to salvage the device and recover its cost.
b. User will be given a period of 10 days to pay up the amount they
owe DOMO. Under any circumstances if user fails to pay DOMO for the
services it has rendered, then DOMO reserves the rights to salvage
the device or use it for any other purpose as deemed lawful by the
law of the land and recover its cost towards operations and
logistics

Salvage:
a. For any product which is salvaged,
DOMO is not responsible for the users DATA on it or any loss arising
for the loss of DATA for any reason whatsoever.
b. DOMO reserves full right to use the product for any other purpose
within the bounds of law of the land, including but not limited to
destroying the product, use it for Research and Development
purposes, salvage and use its spare parts, chips, IC, components
etc.
7. Limited
Warranty:
a. DOMO provides warranty for a few of its products against
workmanship defects. The warranty period varies from product to
product and the same is specified on the invoice provided by the
authorized DOMO distributor which is accompanied with the product to
the user at the time of sale.
b. During the warranty period, should the DOMO product(s) fail under
normal use in the recommended environment due to improper
workmanship or materials, DOMO will provide service if the product
and the user abides by the terms and conditions set by DOMO.
c. In order for this warranty to apply, user must have purchased
that Product locally & should submit invoice of the same country.
d. Dead, Hot and stuck pixels on LCD which are less than 7 per
1000000 pixels will be considered as okay and is not considered as a
fault.
e. If the DOMO product is covered under warranty, then the Warranty
period starts from the original purchase date. There is no need to
stamp the accompanied Warranty card as a few dealers prefer to sell
in sealed condition or on COD basis. Original invoice is required to
verify date of purchase. Without original invoice, warranty will not
be valid.
f. DOMO may refuse to provide inspection, repair or replacement
service for products that are out of warranty, and will charge fees
if these services are provided for out of warranty products.
g. The Warranty Period on any repaired or replaced product will be
the portion of warranty period remaining on the original product.
h. DOMO will inspect the product and at its sole discretion, repair
or replace it with a refurbished product or functional equivalent.
The decision made by DOMO shall be final and binding upon the user.
i. This warranty is only for the original purchaser of the product
(user).
j. Any software or digital content included with the product, in
disc, downloadable or preloaded form, is not covered under this
Warranty.
k. Product is sold to user for personal, non-commercial use only.
Product is not warranted for users commercial or rental use in any
way.
l. This Warranty does not apply to any DOMO product failure caused
in any way, including and not limited to accident, abuse,
mishandling or improper usage (including use contrary to the product
description or instructions, outside the scope of the product's
intended use, or for tooling or testing purposes), alteration,
abnormal mechanical or environmental condition (including prolonged
exposure to humidity), acts of nature, improper installation
(including connection to incompatible equipment), or problems with
electrical power (including undervoltage, overvoltage, or power
supply instability).
m. Product is not warranted against uninterrupted or error-free
operation, or against any failure, and should not be used by user
where there is any chance of loosing any important data or might be
critical or injurious to health.
n. In addition, damage or alteration of warranty, quality or
authenticity stickers, service tag stickers, and/or product serial
or electronic numbers, unauthorized repair or modification, or any
physical damage to the product or signs of opening or tampering with
the product casing will also void this Warranty. Further if the
product has signs of being repaired by third person apart from DOMO
service centres, then DOMO will assume the warranty to be void.
o. This Warranty shall not apply to the transferees of DOMO products
and/or anyone who stands to profit from this Warranty without DOMO's
prior written authorization.
p. If the devices warranty seals are tampered, or if there is any
physical abuse or any misuse or software hacking of the product then
DOMO will assume the product to be out of warranty and will not be
providing services. Any services provided for out of warranty
product will be chargeable. The decision made by DOMO regarding
warranty validity shall be final and binding upon the user.
q. There is a limited warranty of 6 Months for Slate Tablet devices
and 12 Months for nTice Mobile Phone devices. All product
accessories like rechargeable batteries, cables, earphones, power
adapters, and remote controls etc carry a limited warranty of 3
months
r. User has to go through RMA and fill the form of RMA to avail
Warranty services. User also has to agree to the terms and condition
of the RMA and other terms mentioned in this article.
Note:
a. The person who is the rightful owner
of the product and/or the person who submits the the product for RMA
is referred to as 'user'
b. The company which is servicing the device is DOMO and referred as
'DOMO'
c. The product which is picked up from the users address specified
in the RMA form by DOMO is refereed to as the 'device' or 'product'
Disclaimer:
a. DOMO shall not be liable for any
damage to or loss of any program or data from the failed product and
shall not be responsible for data recovery or backup.
domo shall in no event be liable for any defect, damage or data lost
arising from the delivery for repair/replacement. domo recommends
that you have a backup of your data prior to claiming warranty
service, doa service, ram service or buyback services.
b. To the extent permitted by applicable law, domo disclaims any
infringement, consequential, indirect, or incidental damages,
including but not limited to lost profits, lost business
investments, lost goodwill, or damages as a result of lost data.
domo shall also not be responsible for failure of any third party
equipment, even if domo has been advised of the possibility.
c. DOMO shall not be liable for any personal injury or death or any
loss or damages to property arising from the product. even if used
in a situation in which personal injury or death is likely to occur,
including but not limited to medical or medical-related equipment,
military or military-related equipment, traffic control equipment,
aircraft, nuclear energy system, conbustion control system, and
disaster prevention systems, domo still disclaims any damages.
d. Specifications, shapes and features of the product may change
over time and the replaced spare part might not be of the same
specification.
e. Any picture provided on the box, broacher, hoardings, banners or
over the internet is just for illustration.
f. DOMO does not guarantee or stand by the specifications which any
third party provides, and does not guarantee that any information
provided is 100% correct.
g. DOMO will not be liable for any damage or loss either directly or
indirectly to the customer or anyone else arising out of any
situations where the picture or specifications are changed or
different from the product.
h. This warranty is complete and supersedes all other warranties and
representations, whether oral or written, between you and domo. domo
makes no other warranties, including any warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose, whether expressly or impliedly.
i. All warranties, whether express or implied, are limited to a
period of 12 month or less.
j. DOMO may acknowledge or read and save the data and information

domo might disclose that information to any third parties including
