DOMO DOA Request Form
If request is found in voalation of any terms stated below then DOA will be rejected.
- Device should not be physically damaged or water damaged
- Device should have all accessories intact along with original box packing and documentation
- Proper retail invoice should be uploaded in the form below as an attachment
- DOA should be reported online within 7 days from the date of invoice
- Problem reported by buyer should be reproducible & genuine
